1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over only.

1.2 Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, distributors, retailers involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

1.3 By entering this competition, entrants confirm they are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to participate.

1.4 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The competition opens at 09:00 on 25/05/26 and closes at 20:00 on 22/05/26 .

2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter:

  • Purchase a bottle of O’Driscolls Irish Whiskey featuring the promotional neck label;

  • Scan the QR code on the bottle neck label;

  • Complete the online competition entry form;

  • Provide all required information including:

    • First name and surname;

    • Email address;

    • Mobile phone number;

    • Receipt number and/or upload a copy of proof of purchase;

  • Confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy;

  • Verify the email address provided via the confirmation link sent after submission.

3.2 Entries will only be considered valid once the entrant has successfully verified their email address.

3.3 Entrants must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt). The Promoter may request proof of purchase before awarding any prize.

3.4 No bulk, third-party, automated, incomplete, illegible, altered or fraudulent entries will be accepted.

4. Entry Restrictions

4.1 Maximum one entry per person, verified email address and mobile phone number unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Multiple entries using different email addresses, aliases, identities, devices or other methods intended to circumvent the entry rules may result in disqualification.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to reject or remove any entry deemed fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4.4 Entries submitted without valid contact information or proof of purchase may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize consists of:

Two VIP Tickets to The Curragh Dubai Duty Free IRISH DERBY on 27th May 2026

5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.3 Unless explicitly stated, travel, accommodation, insurance, food, drinks, taxes and any personal expenses are not included.

5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible and verified entries after the Promotion Period ends.

6.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address and/or mobile number submitted during entry within [X] days of the draw.

6.3 If a selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted;

  • fails to respond within 2 days;

  • fails verification checks;

the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Verification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

7.2 Winners may be required to provide:

  • proof of identity;

  • proof of age;

  • original purchase receipt; and/or

  • any additional verification reasonably requested.

7.3 Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.

8. Liability

8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • incomplete, delayed, lost or corrupted entries;

  • technical failures affecting website access, QR codes, forms or email systems;

  • any unauthorised intervention or fraud.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be processed for the administration of the promotion and winner selection.

9.2 Data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy:

9.3 Marketing communications will only be sent where entrants have separately opted in. Entry into the competition is not conditional on agreeing to marketing.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
