1. Features individuals who are, or appear to be, below the legal drinking age, or associates anyone with alcohol who doesn’t seem to be of the legal drinking age;
2. Is authored by someone younger than the legal drinking age;
3. Advocates the underage procurement or consumption of alcoholic products or promotes illegal, reckless, or excessive drinking;
4. Encourages overindulgence or denounces or disparages any individual choosing to abstain from alcohol;
5. Represents reckless alcohol consumption positively or links it with activities like driving, using machinery, or any hazardous endeavors;
6. Suggests alcoholic drinks provide any physiological, emotional, cognitive advantages or lead to romantic success;
7. Exalts the potency of alcohol, its higher alcohol concentration, or its intoxicating effects;
8. Refers to alcohol in conjunction with any form of illegal, antisocial, perilous, hostile, or violent actions;
9. Features copyrighted symbols, items, or figures other than our signature products;
10. Incorporates possibly distasteful, blasphemous language, actions, or visuals;
11. May be perceived as insulting or menacing based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith, or culture; or comes off as an attack on another participant, individual, our corporation, or our trademark, or might otherwise be distressing;
12. Is deemed as unsolicited content.
O'Driscolls retains the prerogative to periodically revise these guidelines at its own judgment.
Any user submissions or remarks that contravene any of the above-listed criteria might be deleted and/or the corresponding profiles may be restricted at our exclusive discretion.
