Sherbet Dip-Dab

A modern take on a retro sweet treat. The rose tinted O’ Driscolls Sherbet Dip-Dap transports you to joy filled childhood powered by sugary treats and boundless childhood imagination.

 

Sherbet Dip-Dab Ingredients

  • 35ml ODIW

  • 20ml Lemon juice

  • 2 slices of Fresh Lemons

  • 2-3 Leaves Fresh mint

  • 20ml Sugar syrup

  • 20ml of grapefruit juice

  • 60ml Soda

  • Sherbet dip dabs

How to make a Sherbet Dip-Dab

  1. Add ODIW, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and sugar syrup to a hurricane glass and stir.

  2. Add ice and soda water (do not stir for separation effect).

  3. Use lemon slices, mint leave and dip, dap sugar to garnish.
